Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications based on Large Language Models and generative AI.
- Implement RAG architectures, model integrations, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.
- Take AI solutions from prototype through production and continuously evaluate and optimize their performance.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and distributed software using strong engineering practices.
- Apply prompt engineering, function calling, tool calling, structured outputs, and generative-system evaluation techniques.
- Contribute to observability, automation, continuous deployment, and cloud-based production environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, and product teams.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or AI Engineer.
- Solid experience developing artificial intelligence and/or generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Python, APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM application frameworks.
- Experience or knowledge of AI Agents and agentic AI.
- Ability to evaluate the quality, accuracy, and behavior of generative-model systems.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and knowledge of Kubernetes is valued.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, REST APIs, observability, logging, and monitoring.
