Base Salary
$320k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to, maintain, and expand React-based design component libraries and capabilities supporting hundreds of internal users.
- Implement AI solutions when appropriate to accelerate product design workflows.
- Execute projects from ideation through implementation and rollout.
- Conduct internal user research to inform prioritization and feature development.
- Complete medium-to-large features independently with limited guidance.
- Triage and resolve support requests related to the Design System portfolio.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Design System portfolio.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, design reviews, and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping software.
- Experience with single-page application architecture, patterns, and design.
- Experience fetching data from GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Experience with client-side instrumentation and observability.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Ability to design, architect, debug, test, and document code.
- Ability to drive features and communicate effectively with teams and partners.
- Preferred experience managing web applications with complex state management and working with Figma Plugins.
- Open-source contribution experience is a bonus.
