Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable software releases.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Ansible.
- Administer and optimize OpenShift, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes environments for availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Grafana and ELK Stack.
- Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
- Integrate security best practices and tools into DevOps pipelines through DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot complex system and application issues.
- Document systems and processes and promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS DevOps.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform, including OpenShift, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Grafana, ELK Stack, or comparable monitoring and logging systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and database operations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across distributed systems and multi-cloud environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in agile development teams.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
