Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business applications.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with development and implementation of support processes to improve service delivery.
- Participate independently in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and solution development while becoming a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
