Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Design scalable Procure-to-Invoice solutions across Coupa modules.
- Manage functional design and delivery using proven methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for expanding adoption and scope with existing customers.
- Improve delivery frameworks and build training materials to enhance team capability.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or packaged software implementation experience.
- 8+ years of consulting or customer-facing solution delivery experience.
- 8+ years of procurement and invoicing domain experience.
- Proven track record of leading multi-module, global deployments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
