Responsibilities
- Shape the long-term HRIS technology strategy and architecture.
- Design complex integrations and data flows between HR systems.
- Establish data governance and security standards.
- Lead platform evaluations and vendor selection.
- Design and evolve Workday architecture across various HR functions.
- Lead end-to-end implementations from requirements to deployment.
- Coach and mentor Project Managers to develop their technical capabilities.
- Partner with the People Product team to translate strategy into technology solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Workday implementation and support experience.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect on full-cycle implementations.
- Deep expertise in Workday security, business processes, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience integrating Workday with HR platforms.
- Coaching/mentoring experience with technical teams or Project Managers.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Tech team mindset with user-first thinking.
