Base Salary
$165k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the engineering design, implementation, and operational health of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and federated identity services.
- Architect and maintain SSO integrations across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid application portfolios.
- Engineer MFA policies, authentication methods, phishing-resistant credentials, and Conditional Access policies.
- Define and maintain authentication standards, patterns, reference architectures, documentation, and runbooks.
- Evaluate emerging authentication technologies and lead proof-of-concept efforts.
- Align authentication controls with Zero Trust principles and support audit, compliance, and remediation activities.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex authentication incidents and engineering challenges.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and advise application, infrastructure, and security operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
- Eight years of experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise IAM authentication solutions.
- Five years of experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and FIDO2.
- Five years of experience leading complex architectural initiatives, Conditional Access hardening, or Zero Trust security programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship.
