Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and frontend components for network automation software.
- Translate functional requirements into technical implementations for assigned services and modules.
- Write unit and basic integration tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Support production systems through on-call participation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and engineering peers while developing knowledge of distributed systems, automation platforms, observability, and infrastructure-focused software.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Full-stack development experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, Flask-RESTPlus, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular or React.
- Experience contributing to enterprise or cloud-based software projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with version control, testing fundamentals, Agile development practices, and CI-CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and continuous-learning abilities.
