Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain ByteDance’s network-traffic infrastructure while assuring system stability.
- Deliver, change, release, and operate production facilities, components, and products.
- Design and implement observability, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and manual or self-healing issue-resolution systems.
- Design and implement emergency response processes covering ticket processing, incident response, risk governance, and long-term optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in R&D, system operation and maintenance, or SRE.
- Familiarity with infrastructure architecture, Kubernetes, edge computing, cloud networking, load balancing, and microservice architecture.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Preferred: hands-on operations and stability-assurance experience with Kubernetes, cloud computing, edge computing, and cloud networking.
- Preferred: experience with high availability, reliability assurance, emergency response systems, and handling risks or failures in infrastructure or distributed systems.
