Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and scale automated regression testing frameworks for critical system functionality.
  • Define test strategies and coverage for new features while balancing speed, reliability, and risk.
  • Design and execute tests across UI, robotic interactions, and sensor-driven workflows.
  • Investigate and triage issues across software, firmware, and hardware boundaries.
  • Use logs, metrics, and system data to diagnose issues in test and field environments.
  • Analyze test results and identify patterns and actionable product-quality improvements.
  • Partner with software, robotics, and product teams to improve test coverage, system performance, and release confidence.
  • Own testing infrastructure and quality outcomes for key system components.
  • Improve testing tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in field deployments and real-world validation and debugging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for field testing and customer deployments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience scaling automated testing systems in complex or hardware-integrated environments.
  • Preferred: experience with CI/CD systems and automated testing pipelines.
  • Preferred: experience with robotics, sensor data, or autonomous systems.
