Responsibilities
- Build and expand the privacy-first backbone for healthcare customers.
- Develop tools for healthcare customers to analyze and market to their audiences.
- Engage in pair programming with engineers in an iterative environment.
- Interact with customers and contribute to various startup functions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
- Capability to understand and reason about complex systems.
- High empathy and understanding of user perspectives.
