Responsibilities
- Design, build, and lead development of AppGlass product features.
- Develop tooling and automation for AI-first engineering workflows.
- Build enterprise integrations and deployment scenarios across Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Improve reliability, testing, performance, and security for production use.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and JVM systems.
- Experience with enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Comfort working with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Proactive ownership, clear communication, and the ability to advance work without complete specifications.
- Interest in using AI in development while validating results with sound engineering practices.
- Preferred experience with debugging, instrumentation, or observability-related tools.
- Preferred experience with .NET or Python backend products.
- Interest in developer productivity and engineering quality.
