Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic workflows and tooling that leverage large language models.
- Define service contracts, data models, and integration patterns for firmwide data access standards.
- Build high-impact, enterprise-grade data services and pipelines for research, trading, and AI projects.
- Ensure backend systems are reliable, observable, and performant at scale.
- Containerize services and orchestrate workloads for resilient and scalable deployments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar engineering field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering roles building enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with team development on business-critical systems.
- Experience with relational databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Exposure to agentic development in a commercial environment.
- Exposure to cloud development.
