Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic workflows and tooling that leverage large language models
- Define service contracts, data models, and integration patterns for firmwide data-access standards
- Build enterprise-grade data services and pipelines supporting research, trading, and AI projects
- Ensure backend systems are reliable, observable, and performant at scale
- Containerize services and orchestrate resilient, observable, and scalable workloads with cloud engineers
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar engineering field
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade systems
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing business-critical systems with a team
- Experience with relational databases, including schema design and performance tuning
- Exposure to agentic development in a commercial environment
- Exposure to cloud development
