Responsibilities
- Support the technical validation of Asana’s AI solutions.
- Build expertise in AI Studio/AI Teammates and explain technical concepts.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and present solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and demonstrations for customers.
- Help customers envision the transformative potential of AI.
- Create scalable solutions and content for various deal sizes.
- Gather customer feedback for product insights.
- Deliver training and enablement content for the revenue team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or similar roles.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of AI LLMs and GPTs and their business applications.
- Familiarity with work management solutions.
- Proven ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience in supporting strategic deals and handling objections.
- Proficiency in developing product demonstrations.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
