Base Salary
$86k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, create, automate, and execute test cases and scenarios for the Unified Case Management system.
- Perform functional, non-functional, regression, system, performance, accessibility, ETL, reporting, API, UI, and backend data testing.
- Write and modify PostgreSQL or SQL scripts and validate complex data and workflow structures.
- Document test results, defects, root-cause analyses, test coverage, and evaluated test and defect reports.
- Support UAT testing, requirements analysis, software walkthroughs, customer needs validation, and stakeholder communications.
- Work with remote cross-functional and SAFe scrum teams to meet sprint goals and reduce delivery risks.
- Provide technical support to customers and work independently across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least four years of related experience is listed, with the detailed requirements specifying five or more years of relevant manual and automated software quality assurance experience.
- Experience testing systems with complex data or workflow structures.
- Ability to write and modify PostgreSQL or SQL testing scripts.
- Experience with CodeceptJS or similar JavaScript or Playwright automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or TestRail, functional testing, test automation, and Agile or SAFe practices.
- Experience testing ETL, reporting, APIs, on-premise systems, AWS cloud environments, or Section 508 compliance using JAWS or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and manage customer expectations.
- Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM, or another Agile certification is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust and have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years.
