Responsibilities
- Own product features from discovery and hypothesis formation through prototyping, implementation, release, and iteration.
- Run product discovery, rapid experiments, and customer validation.
- Maintain contact with customers, partners, and Sales to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Design and implement product tracking and use metrics to inform product decisions.
- Build across the stack and guide architecture and implementation choices.
- Balance rapid validation with maintainable, scalable solutions and independently drive initiatives forward.
Requirements
- At least three years of product engineering experience delivering features end to end.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Experience taking software from architecture and implementation through production release.
- Hands-on startup experience.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above and fluent English.
- Strong product mindset, comfort working with metrics, and a pragmatic, experiment-driven approach.
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features is advantageous.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of €80,000 to €120,000 plus equity.
- Remote role based in Germany with working-hour overlap in CET.
