Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Workday Compensation modules.
- Own the end-to-end technical execution of the Quarterly Compensation Review process.
- Build and maintain complex Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and Dashboards.
- Partner with the Total Rewards team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the integrations team on EIBs and manage domain security policies.
- Act as a technical escalation point for Junior Analysts and Engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on HCM experience, with at least 3 years in Advanced Compensation.
- Proven track record of engineering complex Eligibility Rules and Compensation Matrices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
- Deep understanding of EIB frameworks and technical flow of compensation data.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data quality.
- Ability to translate technical logic into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive results through influence across HR, Finance, and IT.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on automation and scaling processes.
