Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction, solution architecture, and technical reviews for enterprise-scale software products and platforms.
- Define engineering standards, architectural principles, coding guidelines, integration patterns, API contracts, data flows, and deployment models.
- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Contribute hands-on to complex product components, reusable services and frameworks, modernization, platformization, and technical-debt reduction.
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring, logging, release practices, and engineering excellence.
- Mentor engineers and emerging technical leaders and translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Architecture, Cybersecurity, QA, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software product development, preferably involving enterprise platforms, industrial software, SaaS, IoT, analytics, or AI-enabled applications.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams across the software development lifecycle.
- Advanced experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, RESTful services, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
- Solution architecture experience with microservices, Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, API-first design, enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, scalable system design, and cloud-native or hybrid deployment models.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automated build and release management, automated testing, observability, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Redis, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, identity management, secure SDLC, and application security.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and responsive UI development.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; a Master's degree and certifications in Azure, Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, or TOGAF are preferred.
- Industrial automation, industrial IoT, manufacturing, process industries, analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise digital platform experience is advantageous.
