Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Java services, REST APIs, and database components.
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support of complex software applications.
- Manage feature and project execution, including priorities, deadlines, and delivery quality.
- Participate in architectural design and design reviews for frontend, backend, and data solutions.
- Review code, provide technical feedback, and uphold standards for maintainability, observability, quality, and automated testing.
- Build unit, integration, API, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Maintain application and service health, investigate issues, and use telemetry to improve performance and prevent recurring incidents.
- Document features and fixes, contribute to training materials, share knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Product Management, UX, and external teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack web application development experience with Java, React/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Extensive knowledge of software development practices and design patterns.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Windsurf.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, automated testing, and cloud technologies or DevOps principles.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform; Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions; frontend, backend, and API test automation; accessible and internationalized applications; AI spec-driven development with Spec Kit; and mentoring or technical leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
