Responsibilities
- Design agent architecture patterns and develop agentic AI solutions.
- Build multi-agent workflows that use LLMs, external APIs, tool calling, memory, state management, and enterprise integrations.
- Implement prompt and context engineering, RAG, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluation, responsible AI guardrails, and optimization for cost and latency.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that automate business processes.
- Operate cloud orchestration and automation capabilities against target SLAs with minimal downtime.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations.
- Communicate service health, performance issues, risks, consumption data, and trends to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python programming.
- Experience with agent architecture, agentic AI development, multi-agent workflow design, prompt and context engineering, and LLM integration and evaluation.
- Knowledge of agent memory patterns, state management, tool or function calling, RAG implementation, JSON, and Pydantic validation.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and ADK.
- Experience with Azure/OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, Gemini, Azure AI Studio, and GPT model usage and evaluation.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
