Base Salary
$141k - $212k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to analyze processes, workflows, pain points, and AI automation opportunities.
- Design and rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions, including proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and liaise between nontechnical users and engineering teams.
- Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Create documentation and provide training and support to business users.
- Drive adoption and scalability of reference AI solutions and apprentice future experts.
- Maintain knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and evolving AI tools and practices.
Requirements
- Require 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering.
- Require deep hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, natural language processing, and data modeling.
- Require the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and solutions.
- Require strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Preferred qualifications include forward-deployed, consulting, or client-facing technical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and related AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure ML.
- Preferred qualifications include data engineering knowledge covering ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and large datasets.
- Knowledge of payments, finance, operations, or financial-services domains is preferred.

- Base salary range is $141,440.00-$212,160.00 per year, excluding discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
