Responsibilities
- Maintain the multi-quarter roadmap for procurement and P2P systems.
- Translate business objectives into clear systems capabilities and initiatives.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline P2P workflows.
- Lead high-impact initiatives such as global P2P process redesign and system implementations.
- Drive projects from requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure quality and accountability.
- Collaborate on best practices and change management with adjacent teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with procurement or finance systems.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Hands-on experience integrating procurement tools with cloud ERP systems.
- Strong process and systems thinking skills.
- Confident in Jira-based agile SDLC and translating between business and technical stakeholders.
