Responsibilities
- Set technical vision and long-term strategy for strategic machine learning solutions.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, operations, and reviews.
- Architect and deliver high-performance production ML platforms and frameworks for real-time ML and Generative AI systems.
- Partner with engineers, scientists, and cross-functional leaders on experimentation, validation, and model integration.
- Lead technical discussions, establish engineering practices, and mentor or influence teams across initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- At least 5 years of experience architecting and deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production.
- Expertise developing Generative AI solutions such as RAG, AI agents, and LLM fine-tuning at scale.
- Strong background building and operating large-scale distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to solve highly complex and ambiguous problems and set direction for others.
- Preferred: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: experience with Graph ML and graph technologies such as GNNs or Graph RAG.
- Preferred: expertise with Spark, Flink, Kafka, PySpark, Lakehouse, Druid, Hudi, or Glue.
- Preferred: experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team initiatives.
