Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and product development teams to define and implement SaaS integration strategies.
- Define integration activity sequences and improve project delivery, documentation, and go-live timelines.
- Support cloud infrastructure and system components required for integrations.
- Identify, isolate, resolve, and communicate issues in client environments.
- Design and execute UI, API, and backend test automation.
- Create architecture views and document technical integration solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project.
- 7 to 10 years of application and data integration experience.
- SDET experience with Java or Python, Selenium or Playwright, UI and API automation, Rest Assured, backend testing, and Postman.
- Experience with clustering and high-availability configurations.
- Experience designing scalable, end-to-end integration solutions and working with SaaS integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of data integration, network protocol stacks, security postures, API design, and API-based integration.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP public cloud platforms and their integration approaches.
- Strong technical documentation, modeling, solution design, debugging, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Preferred experience configuring Kafka brokers and working with Kafka Connect and connector types including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and JMS.
- Preferred banking, financial institution, or large enterprise IT domain knowledge and distributed delivery experience.
