Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and product development teams to define integration landscapes and implement integration strategies.
- Define the logical sequence of integration activities for SaaS onboarding projects.
- Improve project delivery, go-live time, processes, and technical documentation.
- Support cloud infrastructure and system components required for integrations.
- Identify, isolate, resolve, and communicate issues within client environments.
- Design scalable end-to-end integration solutions and create effective architecture views using modeling tools.
- Perform UI, API, backend, and integration automation testing.
Requirements
- At least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project and 3–5 years of application and data integration experience.
- Experience with clustering, high-availability configurations, API design, API-based integration, integration frameworks, and network protocol stacks.
- SDET experience with Java or Python, Selenium or Playwright, UI and API automation, REST Assured, backend testing, and Postman.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP public cloud platforms and their integration approaches.
- Broad exposure to technology stacks used in SaaS delivery models and security postures in integration technology stacks.
- Strong technical documentation, solution design, debugging, analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to break down complex technical and functional requirements and communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Preferred: banking or financial-services domain knowledge, geographically distributed delivery experience, and hands-on Kafka broker and Kafka Connect configuration experience.
- Preferred: experience with Kafka Connect connector types including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and JMS.
