Base Salary
$183k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop technology strategy and act as a trusted customer advocate for a large global enterprise customer.
- Design scalable, flexible, and resilient AWS cloud architectures that solve customer business problems.
- Modernize enterprise workloads, implement leading-edge technologies, and support the customer’s transition to an AI-enabled enterprise.
- Engage with senior executives, cloud architects, technical stakeholders, and AWS teams to build relationships and promote cloud adoption.
- Connect technology solutions to measurable business value and communicate technical recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer satisfaction, AWS adoption, and revenue growth.
- Capture and share best practices, create internal and external technical content, and participate in hiring activities.
- Travel 25% domestically with some international travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 12+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 4+ years of experience with Data and AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, and/or storage.
- Preferred experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
- Preferred experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred experience working with end-user or developer communities and software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders or clients.
- Preferred hands-on experience building GenAI-based solutions or architectures.
