Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and test software applications and systems.
- Build high-quality, well-tested code using modern frameworks and tools.
- Analyze data and evaluate key factors to solve complex technical problems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product area, codebase, and systems.
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver user-facing products.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and help improve their skills.
- Work independently, overcome obstacles, and meet deadlines.
- Ensure products meet customer needs through empathetic, detail-oriented engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and platforms such as Kafka.
- Experience working across internal and client software systems.
- Experience conducting design and code reviews.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
