Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications using TypeScript, Node.js, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Build and operate cloud-native and serverless solutions using AWS services including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and messaging services.
- Design databases, optimize queries, and manage schemas across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Develop frontend experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Apply containerization, Kubernetes, automated testing, observability practices, secure coding standards, accessibility standards, and web performance best practices.
- Contribute to architecture ownership, backend engineering standards, mentoring, and high-impact global digital programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven systems, AWS, SvelteKit or comparable frontend frameworks, and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Webpack or Babel, database design, query optimization, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, automated testing, observability, accessibility, and secure coding.
