Responsibilities
- Maintain, implement, and optimize CI/CD systems and applications.
- Shape and influence N26's CI/CD strategy for faster feature delivery.
- Improve security and compliance posture of systems.
- Implement security and compliance checks within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Standardize pipelines to enhance user autonomy.
- Mentor engineers and improve engineering practices.
- Participate in roadmap definition and prioritization.
- Manage incidents and production deployment issues.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one high-level programming language such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
- Good understanding of Linux, particularly networking, containerization, and security.
- Experience with cloud service providers, ideally AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience planning and supporting scalable CI/CD pipelines using trunk-based development or GitHub Flow.
- Experience in security- and compliance-oriented environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrated CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Salt.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes administration.
