Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation security solutions using Elastic’s AI advancements.
- Use Elastic Security to address customer use cases and improve operational efficiency.
- Deliver proof-of-value projects demonstrating Elastic Security detection, AI, and incident response capabilities.
- Present, write blog posts, and evangelize Elastic’s SIEM and analytics vision.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture and other departments to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with SIEM, analytics, and related technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise presales experience.
- Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of SOC workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
- Knowledge of security solutions, the data they produce, and how to build content for use case requirements.
- Background in forensic analysis, troubleshooting, and threat mitigation.
- Experience with behavioral analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Proven success in consultative selling, RFI/RFP responses, and customer presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are a plus.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.
