Responsibilities
- Handle technically complex installations and configurations of the AI-powered phone assistant for key accounts, including complex telephone systems and escalations.
- Drive the multi-onboarding strategy and take responsibility for onboarding the calendar and all-in-one practice software.
- Act as the primary technical contact for key accounts, their IT teams, account managers, and internal Sales, Deployment, and Product stakeholders.
- Coach colleagues and create best practices, playbooks, and training materials.
- Initiate and lead cross-functional process-improvement projects and promote the targeted use of AI tools to automate repetitive work.
- Use operational data and customer feedback to improve products and processes through feedback loops with Technology and Product.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical onboarding or technical support for complex systems, ideally telephone systems or comparable telecommunications infrastructure.
- Experience providing direct customer support and managing stakeholders across external contacts and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ownership and impact in process and project responsibility, with a willingness to learn independently.
- Experience actively using AI tools and promoting their meaningful adoption within a team.
- Fluent German at C1 level and English at least at B2 level.
