Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered systems that integrate with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
- Own full features end-to-end, from initial design to production deployment.
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to shape the technical stack and product roadmap.
- Drive implementation plans from loose product requirements.
- Mentor team members and influence technical direction through code reviews.
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications from scratch.
- Experience in system design, trade-offs, and scaling features.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and break down requirements.
- Technical leadership experience, including running architectural spikes.
- Familiarity with AI products or embedding AI tools in daily workflows.
