Responsibilities
- Design, improve, and implement SaaS platform architecture and select appropriate technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and develop business implementation solutions.
- Develop China CRM SaaS applications, including backend development in Python.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA engineers to support product quality and delivery progress.
- Improve user experience and apply emerging technologies to product development.
- Track and research cutting-edge technologies for use in company products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field.
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- Practical experience designing and developing SaaS platforms and large-scale business systems.
- Knowledge of common data structures, algorithms, relational database design and development, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Spring.
- Strong enthusiasm for technology, logical thinking, optimism, and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of CRM or the life sciences domain is preferred.
