Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered agent capabilities for planning, application interaction, outcome evaluation, and failure recovery across web and desktop environments.
- Design and deliver backend services, APIs, execution orchestration, and user-facing tools for reliable scenario onboarding and execution.
- Investigate issues across AI behavior, agent execution, application interactions, and cloud infrastructure while improving root-cause analysis, observability, performance, and recovery.
- Use AI-powered coding agents to accelerate development and identify opportunities to integrate AI into engineering workflows.
- Drive features from problem definition and technical design through implementation, code review, testing, documentation, and production validation.
- Validate solutions for correctness, security, reliability, and measurable impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in one or more relevant languages, including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other applicable security screening requirements.
- Preferred: master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience using AI-powered coding agents and independently verifying generated code and explanations through inspection, testing, and runtime evidence.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, troubleshooting skills, API and automated testing knowledge, and experience with Python-based systems.
- Experience building AI-powered agents, tool integrations, or computer-use capabilities, including planning, task evaluation, and execution recovery.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Playwright, Windows UI automation, TypeScript, React, iOS, Android, or macOS development and automation.
- Experience with distributed execution, containers, Kubernetes or AKS, Azure services, observability, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong ownership, critical thinking, independent execution, collaboration, communication, and technical judgment.
