Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the secure design, deployment, governance, and architecture of AI systems and generative AI applications.
- Conduct AI red team assessments of LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.
- Identify and demonstrate AI-specific attack vectors, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, indirect prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, and extraction.
- Develop recommendations, technical mitigations, security testing methodologies, automation, and tooling to improve AI security and resilience.
- Build, test, and evaluate agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
- Adapt and extend open-source AI frameworks, security tools, and evaluation platforms for client-specific requirements.
- Stay current with emerging AI threats, vulnerabilities, research, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience developing applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
- At least 1 year of experience building, deploying, or evaluating agentic AI systems.
- Knowledge of AI security principles, secure AI development practices, AI attack techniques, and AI risk management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred experience with AI red teaming frameworks such as PyRIT, Garak, Inspect AI, or OWASP GenAI tools.
- Preferred experience with security assessments, penetration testing, or offensive security activities.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar orchestration technologies.
- Preferred experience implementing security controls for RAG systems, vector databases, AI gateways, and model-serving infrastructure.
- Preferred experience with containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Preferred experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects.
- Preferred knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, MITRE ATLAS, emerging AI security standards, and adversarial machine learning.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, OSCP, Security+, GIAC, or Cloud Security certifications.
