Responsibilities
- Design and evolve distributed systems for multi-agent orchestration using JavaScript AI frameworks.
- Develop production-grade agent runtimes, orchestration layers, and workflow engines.
- Implement comprehensive tracing, monitoring, and structured logging for performance tracking.
- Build interactive dashboards and reporting interfaces for stakeholders.
- Implement advanced caching strategies and high-availability patterns.
- Set engineering standards for the agent platform and conduct architectural reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years in software engineering with 1+ years in AI/ML platform engineering.
- Expert experience with JavaScript-based AI agent frameworks.
- Advanced Node.js/TypeScript skills with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
- Production experience with observability frameworks and structured logging.
- Advanced experience with cloud AI services and infrastructure automation.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
