Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, upgrade cadence, release planning, lifecycle management, and disaster recovery planning for the enterprise DevOps toolchain.
- Design and lead role-based access and governance models across GitHub, Artifactory, and security scanning tools.
- Define repository structures, snapshot and release handling, artifact promotion processes, and repository onboarding automation.
- Drive NERC-CIP compliance, password rotation, LDAP and service account changes, audits, and asset ownership tracking.
- Manage vulnerability triage, remediation, exception handling, platform upgrades, migrations, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
- Lead tool evaluations and proofs of concept, integration design, documentation, organizational change management, training, communications, licensing, cost estimates, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of DevOps experience and proven expertise with DevOps methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Experience administering and automating GitHub Enterprise, including repository and project onboarding.
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray, Coverity, Black Duck, and SRM.
- Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, base images, platform upgrades, migrations, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, shell scripting, and YAML-driven configuration.
- Experience with LDAP/AD, SSO, RBAC design, CyberArk, and password rotation.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, LeanIX, tool evaluation, integration design, stakeholder management, change management, documentation, and vendor or license management.
