Responsibilities

Implement customer feedback, changes, and enhancements for the Electronic Notebook application.
Design and build end-to-end web application functionality.
Investigate and resolve complex or escalated issues, including application crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
Analyze logs, application behavior, and system performance to identify root causes.
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate permanent fixes or enhancements.
Monitor applications, detect anomalies, and optimize performance and scalability.
Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
Ensure support activities comply with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining audit trails and incident documentation.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Guide and groom junior team members and provide training to L1/L2 support teams.
Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a knowledge base.

1–4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack technologies.
Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and Postman.
Working knowledge of Angular 7 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
Knowledge of Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and related application architecture.
Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with UI testing and unit testing tools including MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and efficient coding and query practices.
Working knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and Agile/Scrum practices.
MCA or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience guiding junior team members is desirable.

The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and reports to a Deputy Manager.
