Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Articulate and evangelize technical vision for the domain.
- Decompose complex problems into practical and operational solutions.
- Ensure the quality of technical design and implementation.
- Provide expertise on performance, scalability, and operability.
- Modernize monolithic systems into microservice architectures and event-driven platforms.
- Define long-term platform strategy and API standards with engineering and architecture leaders.
- Contribute hands-on production-ready code while mentoring engineers and product community members.
- Lead cross-divisional projects, architectural reviews, and technology best-practice initiatives.
- Create technical communications, code samples, blog posts, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Recruit and develop technical talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Preferred master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Preferred 12+ years of experience with web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Preferred 12+ years of professional coding experience with languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
- Preferred 10+ years of experience with databases and database management systems.
- Preferred 12+ years of full system-development lifecycle experience.
- Preferred 7+ years with public cloud platforms, cloud productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred 12+ years with networking protocols and third-party distributed-system integration.
- Preferred 7+ years mentoring senior engineers and driving technical-team development.
- Preferred 3+ years leading cross-domain architectural reviews or establishing coding and design standards.
- Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools.
