Responsibilities
- Develop architectures for cloud-based endpoint management solutions based on Microsoft 365.
- Contribute to the Endpoint Management focus group, introduce new ideas, and conduct expert reviews of other projects.
- Design, build, and roll out new platforms for modernization and carve-out projects.
- Manage customer interfaces as a partial project lead or architect, usually on site.
- Support presales and sales activities through proposal preparation and webcasts.
Requirements
- Experience with workplace transformation and deployment projects and client architectures covering infrastructure, security, data, networks, and endpoints.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 in cloud-only and hybrid scenarios, including Windows upgrades and integration of Office 365 or other cloud solutions into desktop environments.
- Additional Office 365 expertise is advantageous.
- Experience with Azure AD, MECM, MEM, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or Citrix is advantageous, along with client security and basic software packaging knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to work with changing customer situations, and ability to work in mixed teams.
- Willingness to travel as agreed.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with English at minimum B2/C1 level.
