Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of prompt-engineering and context-management strategies for conversational agents.
- Integrate, deploy, and optimize next-generation language models.
- Build and monitor data pipelines for analyzing conversational interactions and maintaining response quality.
- Manage the full agent lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery of a functional product.
- Query and leverage large databases to provide agent knowledge and maintain metric consistency.
- Design LLM observability pipelines, monitor interactions, and develop ontologies.
Requirements
- Experience with generative AI, RAG architectures, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of relational and massive databases such as BigQuery and MySQL, along with vector and graph databases.
- Experience with cloud services and Google ADK for deploying scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools such as n8n or Airflow and modern development environments.
- Experience using interaction-monitoring tools and LLM observability pipelines.
- Experience with ontology design.
