Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy for the Applications Portfolio.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering talent to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Product leadership to align engineering strategy with customer needs.
- Facilitate alignment across teams for complex, multi-team projects.
- Spearhead the evolution of application architecture to a platform-driven system.
- Partner with Design Systems teams to influence shared UI components.
- Identify and reduce systemic technical risks through governance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a senior/principal-level software engineer.
- Expertise in Frontend architecture and large-scale application systems.
- Proven success in leading technology transformation in large teams.
- Deep understanding of modern API design, including REST and GraphQL.
- Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar patterns.
- Strong product mindset with a history of solving complex customer problems.
- Ability to balance architectural strategy with hands-on coding.
- Experience in evaluating and adopting new frontend technologies.
- Proven track record of designing robust frontend architectures.
