Responsibilities
- Design and oversee end-to-end Workday HCM and Financials architectures.
- Define integration strategies between Workday and enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, and CRM.
- Architect, develop, and optimize integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Lead data migration, validation, and transformation activities with data teams.
- Establish Workday security frameworks, roles, domains, and business process security policies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other data privacy and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical leadership to integration developers and Workday administrators.
- Define architecture standards, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of Workday implementation experience, including 2 or more years as a Technical Architect or Technical Lead.
- At least 7.5 years of Workday Studio experience is required.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON.
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Extend.
- Understanding of Workday HCM and Financial business processes.
- Experience with large-scale Workday deployments or multi-country rollouts is preferred.
- Workday Pro Certification in Integrations, Studio, HCM, or Finance is preferred.
- Workday Extend Certification is optional.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or middleware platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
