Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across identity, access, authentication, governance, and security technologies.
- Establish trusted-advisor relationships through structured MIP engagements.
- Guide customers toward achieving healthy and secure Entra ID environments.
- Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and advise on Entra ID features including RBAC, accounts, groups, enterprise applications, authentication, device management, synchronization, Conditional Access, SSPR, governance, and identity protection.
Requirements
- 8–20 years of experience.
- Deep 300–400 level knowledge of Entra ID, including RBAC, user accounts, service principals, group management, enterprise applications, cloud authentication, federation, OAuth, SAML, OIDC, Kerberos, FIDO2, passkeys, hybrid join, Azure AD Join, Entra ID Connect, Entra Cloud Sync, Azure P1/P2 features, Conditional Access, MFA, risk-based policies, reporting, troubleshooting, SSPR, Entra Password Protection, Active Directory integration, Entra ID Governance, Privileged Identity Management, access reviews, compliance audits, and Entra ID Protection.
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.
- Optional experience with ADFS, Active Directory Certificate Services, Azure Monitor, Azure Sentinel, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Relevant certifications may include Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or CISSP, or equivalent credentials.
