Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Lead development and implementation of platform best practices to improve reliability and scalability.
- Manage ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, integrations, and release processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in packaged or SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align platform evolution with project goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Experience overseeing release management and deployment cycles.
- Familiarity with establishing and enforcing platform standards for system stability and performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
