Base Salary

$160k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical sales cycle, leading discovery and architecture discussions.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact demos that reflect customer-specific workflows.
  • Design and deliver proofs-of-concept to confirm performance and deployment assumptions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering and product leaders.
  • Lead infrastructure conversations regarding GPU sizing and deployment patterns.
  • Unblock pre-sale integrations by debugging API usage and resolving technical objections.
  • Translate field signals into product leverage for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Build the Solutions Engineering foundation with reusable demo environments and documentation.
  • Support strategic deals as a technical co-pilot in complex sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or developer-facing technical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and execute proofs-of-concept end-to-end.
  • Strong engineering foundation with coding skills, preferably in Python.
  • Comfort discussing cloud and containerized environments like AWS and GCP.
  • Proven ability to influence executive and senior technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse technical audiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong discovery skills.
  • High agency and proactive ownership in problem resolution.
