Responsibilities
- Lead the global SCA and SAST strategy, roadmap, and implementation.
- Act as the subject-matter expert for application security across engineering teams.
- Optimize security tooling to reduce false positives and improve the developer experience.
- Shape organizational approaches to open-source security and license compliance.
- Integrate security into the SDLC and CI pipelines through scalable automation and developer guardrails.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners on security requirements and remediation.
- Mentor security talent and lead cross-functional teams through influence.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and conduct threat modeling and architectural reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application security experience with enterprise-scale SCA and SAST implementation.
- Ability to read and remediate code in Java, C#, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills for translating security risk into business value and clear engineering actions.
