Base Salary
$203k - $344k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize the vehicle-cloud integrated data closed-loop architecture from on-vehicle upload through cloud training and simulation evaluation.
- Build and maintain data processing, mining, collection, annotation, and visualization toolchains to automate data preparation and improve processing efficiency.
- Establish data lineage and version-management systems for traceability across data production, processing, use, annotation, and model versions.
- Research and introduce AI Agent-based methods for automated data processing, mining, scene recognition, annotation assistance, and simulation use-case generation.
- Support data strategy throughout model preparation, pre-training, fine-tuning, evaluation, on-board deployment, and continuous optimization.
- Define high-quality data standards and guide collection, cleaning, and annotation based on model-development needs.
- Develop the architecture roadmap for scalable, secure, compliant, auditable, and highly available data operations over the next three to five years.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
- More than three years of experience in multimodal physical AI or AI data platforms.
- Practical experience integrating on-vehicle data upload, cloud data processing, training, and simulation.
- Experience with large-scale AI training data governance, data standards, quality governance, data asset management, cost optimization, and massive multimodal data production and circulation is preferred.
- Experience building or deeply using data closed-loop toolchains covering processing, mining, annotation, and visualization.
- Practical experience implementing data lineage and version management linking datasets, annotation versions, and model versions.
- Research or practical interest in AI Agent-centric data closed loops and the ability to explore emerging technologies.
- Understanding of the full model-development lifecycle and the role of data in generalization, robustness, and security.
- Ability to analyze model data needs, define and evaluate high-quality data, and guide data production and annotation; relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills with algorithm, engineering, annotation, and testing teams.
