Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain custom .NET full-stack software solutions across systems and applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, technical practices, technology choices, and implementation.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through production and ensure successful delivery of high-quality SaaS products.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead product ownership activities and drive delivery of the product vision.
- Design and deploy generative and agentic AI solutions to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and business value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated for the project role, with a separate requirement of at least 5 years of software development or engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 15 years of full-time education is also stated.
- Expertise in .NET and multiple programming languages, software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or another cloud platform such as Azure or Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems, data architecture, and security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and make high-stakes decisions.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale projects and demonstrating technical leadership and architectural design skills.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.
