Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated builds and deployments.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure resources, including Azure SQL Database Hyperscale, Blob Storage, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Bicep for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Collaborate on containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace, Application Insights, and Nlog.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines through DevSecOps practices and encryption standards.
- Perform snapshot testing, point-in-time recovery, and reliability assessments to maintain system resilience.
- Work with development teams using Visual Studio Code and related tools to streamline workflows.
- Participate in Microsoft Well-Architected Reliability Assessments.
- Collaborate with QA teams on test coverage and quality gates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering is required.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Requires 6–10 years of DevOps experience.
- Requires experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Requires experience with infrastructure as code and scripting, ideally PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Bicep, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, DevSecOps, and Azure collaboration tools is relevant; several are listed as nice-to-have or preferred.
- Experience with Docker Compose, KubeIT, and automated testing frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, or JMeter is a nice-to-have.
